Household and child data
Child learning profiles are created and managed by household adults. Data associated with child profiles is restricted to the household adults who manage that account and is never exposed as a separate, independently accessible login.
Payment data
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We never store your full card numbers on our servers. Only limited transaction metadata (such as amount and status) is retained by us.
Data retention
We retain account and progress data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your choices
You may access, update, or request deletion of your account information at any time by contacting support. Household adults may also manage or remove child profile data.
